Senior Building Structures CAD Technician – Ashford Office

An experienced Building Structures AutoCAD Technician is required to join our busy team in Ashford working on a variety of structural projects. The successful candidate would be expected to be sufficiently experienced to work from Engineer’s sketches and capable of quickly producing high quality structural drawings with minimal guidance. Good personal communication skills are required in order to liaise with other construction professionals and contractors within the design team regards technical matters. An ability to produce RC details would be an advantage, but not essential. Must be fully conversant with the latest version of AutoCAD. Training on Revit could be provided to the successful candidate.

 

Senior Building Surveyor (RICS or CIOB) – Ashford Office

A professionally qualified Senior Surveyor is required by our specialist team involved in specifying and managing the insurance funded reinstatement of properties. A good technical knowledge needs to be backed up with an understanding of the role of Contract Administrator under the JCT Minor Works form of contract. An understanding of insurance cover in relation to fire, flood, storm and vehicle impact damage claims would be advantageous.

Senior Building Structures Design Engineer – Brentford Office

Experienced Chartered or near Chartered Structural Engineer required to work on wide variety of building structures projects. Candidates should be able to run their own projects, liaising directly with clients and would be responsible for both the successful delivery of projects, and proper internal control of budgets. An ability to design in any material is essential.
