Structural Surveys & Investigations

Knapp Hicks can undertake structural surveys and provide advice to clients with respect to their own buildings or those they are contemplating buying or leasing, whether it be an individual domestic property or multi-storey structure.

More detailed structural investigations can be undertaken on all types of structures from bridges, tunnels and viaducts, to multi-storey buildings and historic structures with a view to providing either factual or interpretive reports with regard to condition, longevity, repair options or planned maintenance requirements.
