Knapp Hicks haved provided civil engineering consultancy services for both new and existing developments for a wide range of clients.

Civil and Infrastructure Design

We have accumulated a diverse range of project experience which includes the design, detailing, contract preparation and supervision of highways and drainage related schemes to both private and adoptable standards. We are also experienced in the preparation of pre-purchase site appraisal reports and project management.

We can assist with providing comments, support, advice and submissions under various Acts and agreements for the purpose of realising development (i.e. The Highways Act – Section 38/278 agreements, Town & Country Planning Act – Section 106 agreements, and The Water Industry Act – Section 106/104 agreements, amongst others).

Teamwork

Our civil engineering design team works closely with both our structural and geotechnical engineers to develop viable and cost effective solutions for every project.
